Log Home Costs vary from build to build depending on complexity of the log project. To accurately estimate a log home project a set of blueprints is needed or a drawing of the home. Depending on the size of the logs, number of log corners, trusses, roof structure and loft space is what makes up the cost of the home. Also, the total mileage to truck the logs is another factor.

We feel everyone's log dreams are unique, so we shy away from no challenges in order to make your dream come true! We don't have plans on our site because we want to see your dreams, ideas and thoughts, so we can build your one of a kind Log home dream! In my eyes, every log home is different and special.

The below costs are for the log shell, log roof logs, trusses, door and window openings cut out, electrical outlets cut out and ready for the shell to be completed by a general contractor, homeowner or carpenter.

Below we have a Log Home shell calculator to give you ball park numbers on what a basic 4 cornered shell would cost. Again, depending on the complexity of the home, the square footage price can vary.
